You already have the hard part: power, space, cooling and GPUs. What stands between a rack and a cloud business is software — telemetry, tenancy, a console customers trust, and the billing behind it. NeoChamber is that layer, and it carries your name, not ours.
Pure revenue share — 5% of GPU services revenue. No licence, no per-seat fees, no integration charges.
What you get
Operators set the product name and logo their customers see. The console your customers sign into says what you call it — nothing in it says NeoChamber.
LIVE
Tenants with hard isolation, invite-based accounts, and self-service assignment of whole nodes from your pool’s live availability.
MULTI-TENANCY LIVE COMMERCE SOON
Utilization, VRAM, thermals, power, ECC and Xid faults off every GPU at 15-second resolution — the same figures your customers see for their own machines.
LIVE
Thermals and power are read off each GPU continuously, and GPU-missing, hardware-swap and config-drift events are raised automatically. The failure you want to hear about from your own fleet, not from the customer renting it.
How it goes
One command per machine, on any Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04 GPU server with an NVIDIA driver and outbound 443. A single static binary — no Docker, no runtime, no dependencies on the box. It survives restarts and 10-minute network cuts, and backfills the gap rather than losing it.
Nodes join with a short-lived enrollment token you mint in the console. Serial, VRAM, PCIe generation and lane width, power limit, ECC mode and MIG come back read off the hardware — so when a card goes missing or a serial changes underneath you, the fleet says so before a customer does.
Create a tenant, invite their people, and they sign into a console carrying your name. They see exactly the machines they rent — the boundary is enforced server-side, not by hiding things in the interface.
Customers self-assign whole nodes by GPU model from live availability, and hand them back the hour they stop needing them. Storefront, metering and invoicing are next on the roadmap. COMMERCE SOON
Agent, ingest, metrics, logs, tenancy, billing hooks, a storefront. The parts every cloud shares are the parts that take a year to build and win you nothing — so the part that is yours stays yours.
Where it runs
We host and operate the stack. You install the agent and sell. Fastest path to a first customer.
LIVE
The whole stack inside your own cloud account and region, stood up from Terraform. Your data never leaves your jurisdiction.

Your fleet, your room — NeoChamber is the software layer on top of it.
The economics
No upfront licence, no per-seat fees, no integration charges. NeoChamber deploys, hosts and operates the full stack and takes 5% of GPU services revenue — idle-compute resale included at the same rate. Illustrative: a 512-GPU H100/H200 fleet at 85% utilization and ~$2.15/GPU-hr ≈ $675K/mo of GPU services revenue, ≈ $34K/mo to us.
The operator guide takes you from a bare rack to a customer signing into your console. If you would rather scope it with a person first, that is a 45-minute call.
